Can I get a refund after the gift is sent?
No. Once the Steam gift is sent to your account, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
What if I buy DLC without owning the base game?
Please verify base game ownership before purchase. DLC compatibility is the customer responsibility and is not refundable for ownership mismatch.
