1. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Once a payment is successfully processed via Payzy, our system initiates delivery of the game as a Steam Gift.

No refunds: once the game gift has been sent to your provided Steam account, the order is considered fulfilled. Whether you accept or decline the gift on Steam, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing payment.

2. DLC (Downloadable Content) Requirements

It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify game requirements before purchase.

• Base game requirement: you must own the original base game on your Steam account to use any DLC.
• No liability: GameXeed will not provide refunds or exchanges if you purchase DLC for a base game you do not own.

3. Accuracy of Account Information

To ensure successful delivery, you must provide accurate information in the order form.

• Required data: your correct Steam Profile URL and Steam Friend Code.
• User error: if the gift is sent to the wrong account because incorrect details were provided, GameXeed holds no responsibility, and no refund or second gift will be issued.
